Background Checks
Below you will find a couple of sections from the USATF National web-site about the required background checks that have been implemented. As you can see, this is a mandatory requirement and must be complied with immediately.

Program Overview
Sports are supposed to be fun. One way to ensure our sport remains a fun and safe environment for everyone is to perform criminal background screening on coaches and volunteers who have direct contact with youth athletes.
As such, USA Track & Field has implemented a criminal background screening program on coaches and volunteers of youth clubs.

2010 Board Meeting
On January 28, 2010 New Mexico USATF will be hold thier January board meeting. We will be discussing old and new issues within USATF New Mexico along with scheduling this years Outdoor Track season. All members of USATF New Mexico are welcome to attend. The meeting will be held at 7:00pm at DeVore Aviation 6104 Jefferson NE, Albuquerque NM 887109. The cross streets are Jefferson and Osuna.
